Community Support Ensures 17th Annual Born to Be Wild Auction is Huge Success!
Club supporters and friends stepped out and stepped up to support the 17th Annual Boys & Girls Clubs of Thurston County Born to be Wild Dinner & Auction held at Saint Martin’s University on September 27, 2019. More than a fun-filled cruise down the highway, event goers help support over 3,000 youth and teens attending the six Thurston County Clubs. The annual fundraising event welcomed over 500 and helped raise nearly $600,000 to help support operations of all Clubs.
Many of the 500 guests have traditionally worn event-appropriate biker attire to add to the festive spirit and history of the event that began at Northwest Harley Davidson in Lacey, WA. This year, guests were also treated to San Francisco-themed touches for décor, food, beverages from local craft distilleries, photo booth, and temporary tattoo parlor.
